As our children grow and become more independent, we realize how important it is to remember the details of our day-to-day interactions with them. Missing teeth, jeans that are too short after a growth spurt, the smell of their freshly-washed hair. Then we wake up one day and find our children are grown, on their own, just out of college or in the middle of it, starting their own lives, and we’re grateful for one last family vacation with just us.

The Birdwell family planned a last minute beach photography session with me on while on vacation in Navarre Beach. It was Mom, Dad, and their three grown/almost-grown children, and they were so laid back, loving and fun!
